Director Alan Busch
Alan has helped lead the way for the Busch family business since 1976, steering the ship with dedication and passion to this day. His journey in the financial sector began under the inspiring influence of his uncle, who served as a mentor in the insurance industry in the 1960s.
Alan has honed his skills and added vital experience over his years in the Tampa area. He holds his insurance license and is able to offer insurance products. When it comes to servicing his clients, he takes the most pride in his steadfast presence in their lives, both in good times and bad. Alan makes it his mission to “show up,” making himself available as much as possible to offer guidance and support when they need it most. This hands-on approach is something he’s cherished since his early days in the business and continues to value even more in an increasingly virtual world.
Alan’s philosophy on retirement is simple and straightforward: You must have a plan. Retirement doesn’t just happen.
Away from the office, Alan is a dedicated husband of 47 years to Susan, whose unwavering support he credits with being crucial in his professional journey. He works closely with his brother and is currently mentoring his nephew, Jonathan, to carry on the legacy of Busch Capital Management.
Alan calls Seminole, Florida, home and has lived there for 39 years. When he isn’t working, you’ll find him immersed in college football, pro baseball and pro football games. He’s also a firm believer in regular exercise and makes it part of his daily routine.
Investment Advisor Representative Jonathan Busch
Jonathan has been in the financial services industry since 2004 and continues his family’s tradition in finance, where he’s always been inspired to make a difference in people’s lives. In 2015, he became an Investment Advisor Representative and is able to offer investment advisory services. Today, he devotes his work to helping individuals, couples and families of multiple generations.
His journey in the professional world started as a clerk at a law firm during his college days. After graduating from the University of Tampa, Jonathan then served in the United States Army National Guard before stepping into the financial services industry.
Each day, Jonathan says he enjoys meeting people from various walks of life, hearing their unique stories and helping to creatively solve their financial challenges. His goal is to explain complex financial ideas in simple terms and create an awareness of taxes in retirement.
Jonathan lives in Loveland, Colorado, and leads our service to federal employees in the Denver, northern Colorado and southern Wyoming areas — in addition to serving our team’s Tampa-area clients whenever needed. Jonathan is the father of two lovely daughters, Madison and Chloe. In his free time, he enjoys Muay Thai, exercising, art and reading.
